These terms govern your use of the Surveyor Sorted website and our surveying services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

Surveyor Sorted Ltd provides residential and commercial property surveying services regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). All surveys are carried out in accordance with RICS standards and guidelines.

Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are provided based on the information you supply. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the property details differ materially from what was described. All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Booking & Cancellation

Bookings are confirmed once our Terms of Engagement have been signed and payment has been received. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the survey date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Survey Reports

Reports are prepared for the sole use of the instructing client and should not be relied upon by third parties without our written consent. Reports are delivered electronically via our client portal.

Liability

Our liability is limited in accordance with our Terms of Engagement and RICS requirements. We maintain Professional Indemnity Insurance as required by RICS.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
