Complaints Handling Procedure

Surveyor Sorted Ltd is committed to providing a high standard of service. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we want to hear from you so we can put things right.

Stage 1: Initial Complaint

Please contact us in writing at info@surveyorsorted.co.uk or by post, setting out the details of your complaint. We will acknowledge your complaint within 7 working days and aim to provide a full response within 21 working days.

Stage 2: Review

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may request a review by a senior member of the firm. We will conduct this review and respond within 21 working days.

Stage 3: Independent Redress

If the matter remains unresolved after our internal process, you may refer your complaint to the RICS Dispute Resolution Service or The Property Ombudsman, depending on the nature of the complaint.
